"... it would be nice to at least know roughly when in August it will be released. Early, middle, or late?  I promise I'm not going to hold you to it if you give me a date. ;)"

Right now I'm hoping to publish the new book on my website on August 1st, with it appearing on Apple, Kobo, and B&N sometime during the first week of August.  The editing process is complete and the book is going to my editor's proofreaders today. I won't send out the newsletter (which is on my todo list of things that still need to be created) until I have the book back from the proofing process, and learn if I need to do any major rewrites. Once the final version is set, it will take about two days to format the book in ePub, Mobi, and eBook PDF. Then it's simply a matter of getting the three formats uploaded to my media distributor's computers. So the answer is that I expect it to be available early in August. Can't get any earlier than the 1st of the month.   ;D

Once the book is available as an eBook, I'll begin work on the print version.

Update!  I've noted on the Novels page of this website than the new book, AGU-11 Changing of the Guard, will be available on August 1st. That date is the U.S. date. For folks 'down-under' in Australia, New Zealand, and some in other parts of the world that are across the International Date Line, it will be August 2nd. Of course, it might be a little earlier. It depends on how quickly I can get it formatted and uploaded to my media distribution company. I'm performing the final read through today, looking for typos and such.

And the crowd goes wild. YEA!

Wooooohooooo!!!! I just finished reading Azula Carver a couple days ago and literally just finished AGU Border Patrol 3 about an hour ago just to familiarize me with the latest AGU books.  Unfortunately I didn't have time to reread the entire series.

I guess there is no preorder option. :(  Oh well, I'm just so excited about the new book, i want to get it as soon as it's out.

Do we know what time it will be released? It?s past midnight on the East Coast, which was when I was hoping for, as that?s when most E-books drop on iBooks and Amazon and such.

It's still July on the West Coast.  8)

It will be available sometime tomorrow. I'm working on converting it from Word to ePub and Mobi. It will be available as soon as the conversion work is done. And I intend to have it available before I go to bed, if I can keep my eyes open.   :(

Ah, well don?t overexert yourself just on our behalf. I was forgetting that you do this mostly, if not all, on your own and was thinking it was just in a queue somewhere waiting to be released on this date and at such n such a time. A few hours won?t kill anybody, so no worries if it?s later in the day. And I?m on the West Coast too, in NorCal, so I guess I?ve just been spoiled by getting books 3 hours early when they drop at midnight EST. Thanks for all your hard work! Blessings!  :)

It's now 1:07 a.m. PDST on August 1st. The new book has been formatted and is ready for distribution in the Mobi and ePub eBook formats. I just went to my media distributor's website to upload the book and I was unable to add it to my other books. The media distributor I use, Selz, is CONSTANTLY changing their website around. I've been in IT more years than I like to admit to, and I've never seen anything like this company. I've always thought that Microsoft and Apple were bad with constantly changing their GUIs, but Selz has them beat. I, literally, could not figure out how to add the book to my 'store.' They've changed everything around that much since I last added a book back in December.

I've been up since about 6:00 yesterday morning and I'm unable to find my way through the new maze they've erected, so I'm going to bed now because I'm beat. Perhaps after I get 8 hours rest I'll be about to figure out how to add the book.

Sorry!

Well it's 3am. Just got off work (casino dealer in Vegas, yep work nights) and just saw your post. Well I guess six more hours until I may be able to get the next book. I'll pay double for you to email the book right now lol, no really that's just how I feel. I  know I'm going to love this next book and I guess I should go to sleep too.
